No Bake Biscuit Bird Treat Recipe
As you know, every
weekend is dedicated for some fun activity you can absolutely try out for your
Furkid, and we have been sourcing high and low for recipes that cater to Dogs,
Cats, Rabbits and even Guinea Pigs worldwide, and it’s not very often we come
across one for your feathered friends.
So you can imagine how our hearts
skipped when we chanced upon this delightful and pretty healthy homemade treat
recipe, just for Birds! They actually look like Hamster treats ☺ Also, remember that treats aren’t meant to
substitute meals for any Pets, feed treats as a reward only once in a while in
small portions!

Homemade Bird Biscuits
This is a recipe we
found written by the lovely Lynnae Mccoy from her site Lynnae Mccoy.com. And it
was actually a recipe she uses as a Spring-time activity with her kids, to feed
birds in her yard! All photos and recipe credits to Lynnae. Can we just say
they look delicious and beautiful at the same time. These work perfect in keeping
an active Parrot or Fid busy busy busy while you’re not home, and you know the
exact ingredients going in! Which we all know is much more healthy and safe ☺

Our Take
Well we
are definitely going to try out this recipe, with a ton of millets and other
favourites of our Fids! This is versatile and just too much fun, plus, you don’t
even have to bake it. It’s more like an art project, that benefits our
feathered pals too ☺
