Films With Pets And Animals: The Best Movies Of The Past And Present

Movies or films are great for recreational purposes, and we judge them by how they make us feel emotionally. The moment when story lines send electric waves through our brains, triggering thoughts and emotions that leave a lasting impression as you reflect on life itself.
Do you remember some childhood favourites?

Most of which consisted of Pets and Animals! Watching them again when we’re older proved that these movies were not just entertaining, they often teach us life lessons on friendship, trust, and of course, love. We round up some of the best films with Pets and Animals, from the past and present years!

Films With Real Life Characters

A lot of these movies were made starring Dogs as one of its plot characters, we would imagine it’s because being able to respond to commands on set is just one of the requisites. Naturally, these Dogs were always accompanied by trainers, and even body-doubles for different scenes. Can you fathom how chaotic it would it if noPawdie was well trained? *Gasp*

Beethoven (1992)

This film has received disputed reviews, most of which referred to how false it was. But if you watch closely, it carefully depicts how a stray Golden-retriever changes a Boy’s life by bringing him more confidence and joy, especially after his father’s recent death. All with the touch of some friendship, trust and basketball! A feel-good movie is what it is.

101 Dalmatians (1996)

This is a love story of how two Dalmatians found each other through their owners marrying (The Dogs got married too) Happily ever after comes with a twist when their litter of 99 puppies were kidnapped by an evil woman on a cruel mission to produce a coat made out of the puppies fur. Watch how they plan their massive escape (because parents would do anything for their children). Nobody can forget the classic look of Cruella De Vil’s hair.
