Dog Treats With Chicken: Three Homemade Dog Treat Recipes

We love cooking for our Dogs, because the joy on their faces when we serve up some homemade goodies is just priceless, and knowing every ingredient that went into making it was safe is an extremely comforting thought. How Chicken Benefits Your Dog

This week’s round-up of recipes consists of Chicken as one of the main ingredients, essentially a lean meat packed with nutritional values. Chicken meat is a good source of Protein needed for muscle development, promotes energy boost, and it is also low in calories. Omega 6 in Chicken breasts doubles up as a bonus for healthy skin and better bone growth.

How To Safely Feed Chicken To Your Dog

While Chicken meat has nutritional benefits, it is important to note these few pointers before serving them up. Use Chicken breast as it is the leanest, and always remove the skin before cooking. Chicken meat should never be served raw, to avoid the risks of Salmonella.

Take a twist to a basic Chicken biscuits for Dogs with this hypoallergenic recipe! While there isn’t any Chicken meat in this, the flavor comes from Chicken broth, which you could prepare your own before-hand if you do not want to use the ones off the shelf.
